We are currently seeking a Client Engagement Manager who will play a pivotal role in integrating and coordinating efforts to engage clients, comprehend their missions and operations, identify corresponding IT requirements, and oversee IT projects throughout their lifecycle.

This hybrid role necessitates a minimum of two days on-site each week.

US Citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. The selected candidate must undergo a government background investigation and receive favorable adjudication prior to their start date.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead cross-functional teams, guiding new IT requests through the governance process.
  • Analyze and define system information requirements to support new IT requests.
  • Assist colleagues with analysis and evaluation, and prepare recommendations for enhancements, optimization, and development in various specialties, including information systems, networking, telecommunications, automation, communications protocols, risk management, software lifecycle management, and software development methodologies.
  • Apply principles, methods, and knowledge relevant to the functional area of capability to specific task order requirements.
  • Evaluate workflows, organizational structures, and planning systematically to develop appropriate corrective actions.
  • Provide daily supervision and direction to team members.
  • Manage and maintain contractor relationships with senior levels of the client's organization.
  • Consult with client and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables, ensuring adherence to program and project schedules, costs, and contractual obligations.
  • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to communicate project progress to management and clients.
  • Organize and assign responsibilities to team members, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and proactively support government personnel in alignment with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Project Management.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and external clients to identify IT solutions that meet their needs.
  • Familiarity with current and emerging technologies across multiple domains, including networking, databases, endpoints, virtual computing, and cloud computing.
  • Experience with technical designs, frameworks, and implementations.
  • Knowledge of information technology best practices.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience leading Cross-Functional Teams (CFTs).
  • Scrum training and certification preferred (CSM, etc.).
  • PMP certification preferred.
EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
