Role Overview:

  • Review and approve customer orders
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, coordinating with the warehouse and logistics team.
  • Contact Sales representatives regarding outstanding balances and ensure payments are received before shipment.
  • Communicate with customers about the estimated time of arrival for their orders and keep them informed of any changes.
  • Verify and reconcile freight invoices, ensuring that the charges are accurate and match the services provided.

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of focus.
  • Capable of conducting detailed procedures accurately, even when under time pressure.
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
