Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Sales Manager to join our team. This is not your typical sales role – it is a unique opportunity for a multi-talented individual who can blend the art of sales with a deep understanding of the food industry, product development, and marketing strategies.


 Key Responsibilities:

- Lead national sales initiatives, developing strategies to expand our presence in the food & beverage sector.

- Utilize your network and industry contacts to generate new business opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with our product development and marketing teams to understand and promote our unique offerings.

- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and post-sale relationships.

- Provide insights into market trends to aid in innovative product development.

- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

 

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role in the food & beverage industry (5+ years).

- Must have on-going relationships with retailers.

- Extensive network and established contacts within the grocery retail sector.

- Strong understanding of product development processes and the ability to contribute creative ideas.

- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Energetic, vibrant personality with a positive attitude.

- Willingness and ability to travel.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
