As the Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and enhancement of our ServiceNow platform to streamline workflows and deliver exceptional solutions to our customers and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize backlog items, and ensure the successful delivery of features and improvements across various ServiceNow modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements across the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) while encompassing IT Service Management (ITSM) and other modules, aligning closely with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage the product backlog, prioritize items, and ensure timely delivery of features.
  • Work closely with development teams to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into product development.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the ServiceNow CSM platform and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to Agile development teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Work with Customer Success teams to ensure successful adoption and usage of the ServiceNow CSM platform.
  • Participate in sprint planning, review meetings, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor product performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training materials and documentation for end users.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably with a focus on ServiceNow CSM. TSM is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms is highly desirable.
  • Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
