Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, with a specific focus on electronics manufacturing. This role is crucial to ensure that our products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.


A successful candidate must be able to:

● Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformities. Prepare inspection reports and provide feedback to the manufacturing team.

● Defect Identification: Identify and document defects or deviations from quality standards. Work with engineering and production teams to address and resolve quality issues.

● Continuous Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives. Provide recommendations for process improvements and contribute to efforts aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

● Training and Support: Provide guidance and support to ensure adherence to quality protocols.

A successful candidate will demonstrate:

● Strong knowledge of quality inspection techniques and tools.

● Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

● Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.


Qualifications:

● Education: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field. Certification in quality control or inspection is a plus.

● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, preferably with similar electronic components.


Physical Requirements:

● This position may require the ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, walking, lifting, computer work and other physical activities. Candidates should be able to meet these physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
