Role Description


As a Digital Media Specialist, you'll play a key role on our media team and will be responsible for:


- Developing performance-driven digital media strategies

- Ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution

- Evaluating campaigns and recommending performance enhancements

- Producing and presenting analytics reports, and ensuring campaign performance


Qualifications


- Deep, demonstrable working knowledge of paid advertising platforms and optimization strategies

- Hands-on experience managing paid search and/or paid social campaigns

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain data-driven decisions to clients (experience in client-facing settings strongly preferred)

- Facility with reporting platforms

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
