RESPONSIBITIES

·        Develop and maintain web applications using industry best practices.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

·        Write clean, maintainable, testable, and efficient code.

·        Contribute to the overall software architecture and design.

·        Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient coding and database design.

·        Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in PHP development and apply them to improve our systems.

·        Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.

·        Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

·        Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS

·        5+ year’s experience in full stack development.

·        Strong proficiency in Laravel, Node, and React.

·        Extensive experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.

·        Knowledge of Tailwind CSS, design systems, and component libraries.

·        Experience working with databases, including MySQL and PostgreSQL, and optimizing data retrieval.

·        Expertise with version control systems like Git.

·        You have used Docker, written automated tests, and deployed code using CI/CD pipelines.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to debug complex issues in a timely manner.

·        Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

·        You are a clear communicator with the ability to explain, argue, and convince a wide cross-section of stakeholders about your ideas.


LOCATION & WORK SCHEDULE:

  • This position will be based out of our Corporate Office in Johnston, Iowa. A hybrid work schedule is available for this position.
