Responsibilities

  • Surpass annual sales objectives through strategic planning and execution.
  • Formulate and execute a comprehensive prospecting strategy to uncover new sales prospects.
  • Cultivate enduring customer relationships across all levels of client organizations within the designated territory.
  • Thoroughly grasp customer technical and commercial needs, offering tailored imc solutions with detailed configurations and quotations.
  • Establish rapport with key decision-makers for significant sales opportunities, including test engineers, engineering managers, and senior executives.
  • Foster collaboration with fellow imc team members, including regional marketing, applications engineers, and technical support personnel.
  • Continuously enhance industry, market, and competitive awareness to stay ahead of trends and opportunities.
  • Ensure meticulous adherence to Salesforce protocols for prospect management, accurate forecasting, performance analysis, and comprehensive territory sales funnel evaluation.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronic, electrical, or equivalent).
  • Over 7 years of proven expertise in sales within the data acquisition field.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing ambitious sales targets in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Established network of contacts within automotive, aerospace, and industrial sectors.
  • Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn/Sales Navigator for effective prospecting.
  • Track record of successfully managing substantial sales opportunities exceeding $250,000.
  • Exceptional ability in managing time and territory, ensuring optimized performance.
  • Strong negotiation acumen to secure favorable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in navigating and utilizing Salesforce for sales management.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Possess a strong work ethic, receptiveness to coaching, and adept leadership qualities.
  • Driven by results and committed to achieving objectives.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory, with an anticipated range of 40-60% of the time.
