REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Infinitee is looking to add a Senior Account Manager to our fast-paced and growing Atlanta-based team. Candidates for the position must have 7-10 years agency and/or account management experience, and be well-versed in retail branding & marketing. Direct experience working with consumer retail brands and managing large-scale, multi-market initiatives is preferred. 


A comprehensive knowledge of the annual retail calendar requirements and extensive experience leveraging omnichannel strategies that drive traffic to retail destinations are a must for success in this role. Candidates must also have experience planning, leading, and managing retail and lifestyle production photoshoots.


The role will also require in-depth experience managing annual marketing plans across key accounts, the ability to quickly identify value-add opportunities and act on them, and the cultivation of agency/client relationships—ultimately driving enhanced collaboration and results for both teams.

FUNCTIONAL

  1. Own & cultivate client relationships across the agency by serving as the primary agency contact for clients and delivering senior level expertise, guidance, and strategic value, both internally and externally.
  2. Develop & manage annual marketing plans/campaigns for clients across varied tiers of real estate destinations, aligning each with strategic business objectives and presenting results to key stakeholders, as needed.
  3. Oversee & guide the execution of creative strategies and assets, ensuring the highest quality work is delivered to clients at all times and that agency workflows and processes are upheld.
  4. Manage & support timelines, creative concepting, resourcing, production, reporting, and the financial health for new & active initiatives to ensure deliverables stay on strategy, on schedule, on brand, and within budget.
  5. Measure & refine annual marketing strategies across client accounts using all necessary & available tools to gain performance insights and areas for expanded results (e.g. website analytic tools, email marketing tools, social media platforms, and reporting systems, etc.)
  6. Actively identify opportunities to support the agency’s business development efforts by building strong rapport with clients, staying attuned to their unique business challenges and objectives, and confidently providing strategic, creative solutions that drive measurable results. 
  7. Support the long-term success of the team and its clients by proactively identifying ways to continually improve the agency’s products, processes and resources, and bringing potential solutions to the table.

IN-OFFICE

We foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment at our Buckhead Atlanta office. This position requires full-time, in-office presence to ensure seamless collaboration and team building. However, we also understand the importance of flexibility and therefore offer the option to work remotely on a limited basis, subject to approval and workload.


TRAVEL

When travel is necessary on behalf of Infinitee, all out of pocket expenses will be paid based on mileage and coded receipts submitted within 30 days. Expenses turned in post 30 days are not reimbursable. An Infinitee American Express credit card will be issued for business use only, once you have been employed for 60 days, unless approved by the CEO of Infinitee before the 60 day period.


NON-COMPETE

A non-compete agreement must be signed before the first day of employment. This agreement is confidential and between the CEO of Infinitee and you, the employee. It is not to be discussed or shared with any other employee, supplier, or vendor. A 90-day performance review will take place with the CEO of Infinitee.
