  • Must have technical writing for Microsites, Mobile Apps and Social Media is required.
  • This is a 6 month opportunity with potential for extension.
  • The role is located in hybrid onsite 3-4 days/wk in Santa Monica, CA.
  • Hourly Pay: $60hr. W-2


Top Skills:

  • Experience: Content Design Writing
  • Microcopy: Specialized in writing detailed and specific microcopy for consumer-facing apps
  • Industry Background: Prefer candidates from Apple, Google, Meta, or similar companies


Responsibilities:

  • Craft microcopy which will be featured on our client's engaging app.
  • Collaborate with Product Designers and Product Managers to build new digital products and features.
  • You will name app features, audit language for quality and consistency, collaborate with User Research for A/B copy testing.
  • Brainstorm new product ideas and present your thinking to leaders.


Requirements:

  • Senior-level experience writing for digital experiences such as Mobile Apps, Social - preferably in tech.
  • Online portfolio is required.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues.
  • Skills in managing several concurrent projects and turning around copy on tight deadlines.
  • MS Office Suite and Figma experience preferred.


Not Required:

  • Web content experience (unless from Google or Facebook)
  • A/B testing experience
  • General copywriting or slogan creation
