Responsibilities:

- Lead agency's influencer offering by managing the team (Director and Campaign Managers).

- Lead campaign briefs and craft strategy based on clients goals.

- Develop and implement processes that aligned with internal and client's goals.

- Educate internal teams in the agency's creator capabilities.

- Communicate directly with clients and internal stakeholders on a daily basis.

- Sit on new pitches to represent agency's creator offering to prospects.


Ideal Requirements and soft skills:

- 8 years minimum experience with influencer marketing in an agency or managed service setting

- 4 years experience with managing a team with strong leadership skills.

- Strong Analytical and communication skills working with large accounts and large budgets.

- Excellent attention to details.

- Organized, enthusiastic, and go-getter attitude.

- Proficient in several influencer marketing and analytics platforms.

- Must live and be authorized to work in the US.
