Front Line support to assigned Key Accounts, for LnS Air Product services within Areas in North America, to our external Customers and Internal Stakeholders - as it relates to Control Tower responsibilities.


Focused on providing a premium Customer/Stakeholder experience through; Performance Analytics and Monitoring driven by SLA and related KPIs, and regularly occurring deliverables established in Implementation and Solution Design.


Supporting Regional Strategy for Air Operations and Services Excellence by; driving efficiency through process standardization and automation, and stewardship of P&L.


Collaborate with the Team Leader, work closely with supporting Specialists as well as other product and network partners, to support daily needs of the assigned Key Accounts Program portfolio. Proactively identify issues, mitigating the potential impact, and ensure root cause corrective action takes place.

Key responsibilities

  • Standard Adherence and Performance Monitoring:
  • - supporting customer deliverables and required process execution per set standards, and customer specific IOP’s, established in implementation and solution design process
  • - monitor Performance, and SLA Compliance & KPI’s
  • - run performance analytics (and data mining)
  • - produce deliverables (OTP graphics/ slides, etc.)
  • Proactive and Professional Communication:
  • - keeping all Stakeholders (internal or external) well informed through various channels of communication
  • - hosting weekly/bi-weekly performance review conf. calls
  • - daily written email and Teams communication
  • - monthly/quarterly business reviews
  • Supporting Ad-hoc Processes: including but not limited to; claims support, IOP and SOP updates, escalations, systems testing support and RCCA’s
  • Customer Relationship: Continuously build strong relationships with internal and external customers; gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers.
  • Any Other Duties as assigned by Direct Leader as needed to meet the business needs.


Required experience and skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree in related business area is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience of Airfreight/Logistics process knowledge; preferred to have Air Freight Operations, Control Tower, and Program Specialist/similar/ experience of at least 1 year
  • Customer Obsession and Centricity driven

  • Strong collaboration and Internal/External Client building focus
  • Comfortable with Internal and External Customer presentation and meeting leading
  • Operations Process knowledge preferred
  • Perseverant & action oriented
  • English language well written and spoken
