Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Augusta, GA. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the agency network, building strong relationships with agents, training and coaching agents, and driving sales and performance goals. The Agency Development Manager will work hand in hand with our veteran leadership to continue to develop this area into a trusted and respectful branch of our sales team(s). Extensive classroom and field training will be provided.


Qualifications

  • Sales, Relationship Building, and Coaching skills
  • Experience in insurance or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of benefits education and enrollment technology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
  • Certifications such as LUTCF or CLU are a plus
