The Business Analyst reports to the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer providing thoughtful analysis, feedback, and guidance to Senior Management. In this capacity the Business Analyst will be responsible to:

  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to Senior Management.
  • Proactively engage with partners to support the business by gather insights, information, and key data, while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Create and develop forecasts, models and additional reports including big data dissection.
  • Build and maintain reporting analysis to inform Senior Management and influence business decisions.
  • Monitor financial performance, research variances, and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Proactively and effectively communicate financial information to executive level leadership and develop executive level presentations through various data visualization tools and methods.
  • Engage in ad-hoc financial analysis across all lines of business working collaboratively with internal and external business partners.
  • Creating, manipulating and managing BI connectors to equip senior management with robust analytics, leveraging business intelligence to take a more hands-on approach to analyzing data.


Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or analytics-related area.
  • 3+ years in finance or analytics-related role. I-Bank, Private Equity or Consulting experience a plus.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to develop financial models to evaluate projects, revenue streams, etc.
  • Flexible and able to anticipate change and respond to daily operational needs and priorities with agility.
  • Energetically embraces new thoughts and ideas, focuses on continuous improvement efficiently.
  • Experienced data visualization presentations, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with individuals of all levels within the organization.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills to balance competing priorities and manage time efficiently.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Data visualization tools, with ability to learn new tools quickly.
