Hybrid Schedule: 4 days in office Pay range: $20-30/hr RESPONSIBILITIES FOR FINANCIAL ANALYST: Execute daily pricing validations/updates to open/unshipped sales orders to ensure timely invoice updates pre-emptively reducing chargeback liability to the overall line of business. Submit daily pricing & audit claim/credits in SAP/ERP platform to submit and clear high volume deductions for Retail and Pro business channels. Partner with Pricing Team to ensure DFI price changes are submitted and approved prior to effective date; support Pricing Team with on-time price change approvals. Aggregate and scrub Pricing documentation ensuring accuracy of pricing communications. Perform end-to-end internal and external financial audit of monthly/annual program billing. Identify root cause, investigate, and develop solutions for pricing variance events. Ability to present analyses/findings in clear simple terms to Finance and Executive Leadership in weekly and monthly meetings. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR FINANCIAL ANALYST: Bachelor’s Degree (Finance Related). 5 years min. in financial/retail sales operations environment; Audit/Risk Management. Advanced Excel skills, including advanced formulas. Strong data analysis experience.
