About the Role

You will join our GTM & Growth team, and your role will involve (but will not necessarily be limited to) the following responsibilities and activities:

  • Crafting and executing strategic growth initiatives and experiments using a data-driven approach
  • Taking ownership of a subset of prospective accounts. This includes overseeing day-to-day GTM tasks for accounts and prospects you are responsible for
  • Scale and own Sales Operations (e.g., CRM, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)
  • Represent us at industry conferences, networking events, and high-profile meetings
  • Contribute to our thought leadership strategy and assist in creating multimedia content
  • Assist in defining and tracking success metrics through the creation of company dashboards


About You

  • Based in New York and excited to work in a “default in-person” environment
  • Enjoys quickly converting ambiguity into structure and action
  • Has Olympic drive, with “full-company” ownership and entrepreneurship
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Strong technical proficiency (e.g., comfortable using Excel and sales/marketing tools)
  • Able to speak intelligently about the future of AI in Healthcare, even if not an AI expert
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and high-performance culture
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or can demonstrate evidence of quickly ramping up on new sectors (e.g., through experience in high-intensity roles such as strategy consulting)
