Position Summary
We are in search of a strategic Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to spearhead our upcoming growth initiatives. This pivotal role is crucial for our organization as we aim to expand into new territories and reinforce our status as the leading coworking solution for healthcare providers.
As the CGO, you will be instrumental in driving our growth efforts, focusing on fundraising, commercial real estate, and marketing strategies. Collaborating closely with our leadership team, you will guide a skilled group dedicated to scaling our operations while upholding Funded's core values and mission.
Key Competencies
- Capital Acquisition: Proven experience in securing growth funding, with a strong track record in venture capital, private equity, or strategic partnerships. Skills in managing investor relations, crafting compelling presentations, and developing financial forecasts are essential.
- Commercial Property Expertise: Significant background in commercial real estate, including market assessments, lease negotiations, and overseeing property developments. A thorough understanding of current market trends, particularly in the evolving post-pandemic landscape, is vital for identifying and securing prime expansion locations.
- Marketing Acumen: A robust foundation in growth marketing, emphasizing strategies that scale businesses and enhance revenue through data-driven approaches. You will create and execute innovative marketing plans to broaden Funded's client base and boost revenue.
Primary Responsibilities
- Capital Development: Lead initiatives to secure the necessary funding to support our ambitious growth objectives. You will oversee investor relations, prepare and present funding proposals, and ensure the financial viability of our growth strategies.
- Real Estate Development: Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint and secure ideal locations for growth. You will negotiate advantageous lease agreements and supervise new construction projects, ensuring that all facilities meet Funded's high standards.
- Growth Planning: Formulate and implement a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with Funded's mission and operational model. You will utilize CRM tools and other marketing technologies to enhance sales processes and drive revenue increases.
- Leadership: Provide effective leadership to the sales and operations teams, cultivating a culture of innovation and accountability. Your forward-thinking approach will be essential in advancing our proven business model to the next level.
Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated success in raising growth capital and scaling organizations, ideally within the healthcare or real estate sectors.
- Experience in managing investor relations, including proficiency in financial forecasting and proposal development.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a visionary outlook and the capacity to elevate a proven business model.
- Prior experience in startup environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate, including market dynamics and lease agreements.
- Expertise in market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating with property owners.
- Solid understanding of product/market fit and growth marketing strategies, with proven experience using CRM platforms to enhance sales processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a positive and proactive attitude.
