Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple finance-related IT projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
  • Work with global finance systems including Prime, EPM, Concur, and tax systems.
  • Take ownership and accountability for all projects, guiding both the business and technical teams.
  • Ensure project goals are met, budgets are adhered to, and timelines are followed.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, including finance, IT, and business teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in project management, finance, and IT systems.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area
  • PMP Certification or 10 to 15 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with finance systems such as Prime, EPM, Concur, and tax systems.
  • Solid understanding of finance and technical principles.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for projects and drive successful outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience in a global or multinational company is preferred.
