Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate several finance-oriented IT projects simultaneously, guaranteeing timely and effective execution.
- Engage with global finance systems, including Prime, EPM, Concur, and taxation platforms.
- Assume ownership and responsibility for all projects, guiding both business and technical teams.
- Ensure project objectives are achieved, budgets are maintained, and timelines are respected.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, encompassing finance, IT, and business teams.
- Identify and address risks, ensuring project deliverables meet established quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status to senior management.
- Stay informed about best practices in project management, finance, and IT systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- PMP Certification or 10 to 15 years of experience in project management.
- Proven project management skills with a successful track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with finance systems such as Prime, EPM, Concur, and taxation platforms.
- Strong understanding of financial and technical principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
- Capability to take ownership and responsibility for projects and drive successful results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience in a global or multinational organization is preferred.
