Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prospecting, lead generation, sales closing and maintaining client relationships to drive sales of our products. With a strong emphasis on cold calling and customer service, this role is perfect for someone with proven sales ability, excellent verbal communication skills, and the capability to turn challenging conversations into successful sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Use cold calling, networking, and online research to identify and generate leads. Develop strategies to target potential clients in the designated territory.

2. Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of our product offerings, industry trends, and competitors. Articulate product benefits effectively to clients.

3. Market Research: Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and threats.

4. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales pitches and product demos. Customize calls to address client concerns and questions.

5. Negotiation and Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to finalize sales agreements. Close deals efficiently, securing customer commitments.

6. Account Management: Nurture existing client relationships and convert prospects into new accounts. Promptly address issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

7. Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring a high level of customer service.

8. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective strategy implementation.

9. Teamwork and Collaboration: Work cohesively with our sales team members to achieve collective goals.

10. Time Management: Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a similar outside sales role.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Results-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on achieving sales targets.

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Vape and tobacco knowledge is preferred but not required.

Background in B2B and B2c sales is preferred.
