Key Responsibilities:


Client Engagement:

Collaborate with sales teams to identify and understand prospective and current client requirements and propose solutions.

Conduct detailed needs analysis to gather technical and business requirements from clients.

Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert.


Solution Design and Development:

Design and propose comprehensive IT solutions considering what is already developed that meet client needs, tweak it to align with their business goals.

Develop solution architectures, technical proposals, and presentations.

Ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and aligned with industry best practices.


Technical Expertise:

Provide deep technical knowledge and expertise in data management, IT systems, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings.

Conduct technical workshops, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase solution capabilities.


Sales Support:

Support sales and Marketing teams in prospecting clients and help with marketing campaigns.

Assist and oversee preparation of proposals, participate in presentations, and stay engaged with client through delivery of the solution.


Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with internal teams, including product development, Solutions Engineering, and PMO, to ensure seamless solution delivery.

Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to integrate additional technologies and services into proposed solutions.

Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market insights


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Proven experience as a Presales Consultant, Solutions Architect, or similar role in the IT consulting industry.

Strong technical background with expertise in data management, IT infrastructure, cloud services, and related technologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into business-friendly solutions.

Experience in developing technical proposals and responding to RFPs/RFIs.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as CRM systems, technical design tools, and presentation software.

Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, TOGAF) are a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
