Location: Various locations across New Jersey

As a Practice Manager you will oversee the daily operations of a healthcare practice ensuring the delivery of highquality patient care while maintaining efficient administrative processes. Your leadership will be essential in managing staff optimizing workflows and enhancing the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the operational aspects of the practice including scheduling patient flow and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Supervise and support staff including hiring training and performance evaluations to promote a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor financial performance including budgeting billing and reimbursement processes to ensure financial viability.
  • Foster positive relationships with patients addressing concerns and enhancing the overall patient experience.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication and patient care delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Analyze practice performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Health Administration Business Administration or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare management with at least two years in a practice management role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare operations billing practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in practice management software and electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patientcentered care.
