We are seeking a Financial Controller who will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, supervising accounting functions, and developing financial growth plans.


YOU'RE GOING TO

Analyze financial data, manage financial transactions, and prepare financial and income reports;

Monitor internal controls and audit processes to ensure compliance with company policy and regulations;

Participate in budgeting processes, optimize accounting functions and operations, and develop financial growth plans;

Assess and manage risks to ensure financial stability and growth;

Supervise departmental workflow, conduct employee evaluations and interviews; hire and train new employees per company policy.


IT'S IMPORTANT TO US THAT YOU HAVE

Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance;

A Certified Public Accountant degree (preferred);

Proven experience in financial management.
