- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) and accounting software's (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Developed and implemented financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Implemented and maintained internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
