Job Description

Sunbelt isn't just a staffing agency; we're a cohesive team committed to excellence in our workplace and community, all while enjoying what we do Join our team as an account executive within our education division, located in either Tampa or Oldsmar, FL.
Responsibilities
As a member of Sunbelt's education team, your role will involve engaging with special education professionals and school districts across the country. You'll collaborate with them to assess their requirements and qualifications to ensure the best possible matches.
Desired Experience
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and customer service, recent graduates are also welcome
- Must be a team player with passion for sales and self-motivation with an emphasis on relationship building and a service-oriented approach. Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve metrics.
- Track record of problem-solving and solid negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with creative thinking abilities.
- Proven track record in business and customer development
- Ability to cultivate a robust customer network. Strong work ethic with the capability to conduct a high volume of daily sales calls
