Scope of the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience managing large-scale projects and overseeing government-funded initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project execution, ensuring compliance with regulations, and serving as the liaison between our company, clients, and external teams.

Responsibilities:

* The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the project activities for the projects assigned in accordance with project goals, budget, quality control and company objectives.

* Assumes ownership of assigned large scale projects and executes successfully.
* Monitors budgets and schedules of assigned projects.

* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

* Enforce compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, safety standards and contracts

* Establishes, maintains, and tracks performance standards for all work performed on assigned project.

* Perform regular inspections of all work performed on assigned project.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

* 8+ years of experience in project management.

* Proven track record of working with and delivering government/public agency projects

* Proficiency in MS Excel/Office required.
