Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our commercial real estate team. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial real estate projects, including leasing, foreclosure, permitting, construction, bidding, and contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategies that align with the company's business objectives and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, architects, engineers, and clients, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Lead the negotiation and finalization of contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in leasing, foreclosure, permitting, construction, bidding, contract management, and commercial construction management.
  • Familiarity with REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) will be a significant advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members towards achieving project goals.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality and excellence.
