Project Manager Job Description

Ardán, Inc., A Community of Companies is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our IT projects and teams. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality results.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the project stays on track and meets its objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
