This role is responsible for overseeing and managing various HR functions within the organization including developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. The HR Manager will also focus on improving employee satisfaction and engagement, optimizing recruitment processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee performance issues and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including salary reviews and benefits enrollment.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and help manage transitions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • 5+ years as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
