Contract Duration: 6 months (W2)
Pay: $28 - $31 / hour
Typical Workday:
Supporting Sourcing Analyst with RFQ management of beauty components, updating costing on purchase orders, updating component trackers, and supporting cross-functional meetings with Operations & Packaging.
Responsibilities:
- Issue, approve, and follow-up on RFQs.
- Process Tooling Authorization Forms (TAF).
- Update sourcing trackers.
- Update costing on purchase orders.
- Support PCOG creation by pulling costs from the system.
- Support cross-functional meetings.
- Prepare work for Cost Rolls / Approve to Buys (ATB).
- Check workflows for components.
- Issue tickets to Tech Support as needed.
- Manage formula cost sheets.
- Provide beauty change management support.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skillset and experience in personal care or manufacturing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results.
- Moderate to high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Supply Chain Management / Sourcing / Vendor Management / Beauty Manufacturing.
- Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to build and foster strong trusted advisor relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience with SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, or other ERP systems is beneficial.
