Role Overview: You would support with RFQ (request for quote) management of beauty components. Updating costing on purchase orders, updating component trackers, and support for cross functional meetings with Operations & Packaging.


Sourcing Analyst Responsibilities:

  • RFQs - Issue, Approve, Follow-up
  • Process Tooling Authorization Forms (TAF)
  • Update Sourcing Trackers
  • Update Costing on Purchase Orders
  • Support PCOG creation - Pulling cost from system
  • Support for cross functional meetings
  • Prep work for Cost Rolls/ Approve to Buys (ATB)
  • Check Workflows for Components
  • Issue tickets to Tech Support as needed
  • Formula Cost Sheets


Sourcing Analyst Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Supply Chain Management / Sourcing/ Vendor Management/ Beauty Manufacturing
  • Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to build and foster strong trusted advisor relationships with internal and external partners
  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, Salesforce, or other ERP systems is beneficial
