Lead the Way on Extraordinary Hospitality Projects


We're seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. You'll be the maestro of our projects, overseeing every detail from start to finish and ensuring flawless execution.


What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with the design team to translate concepts into buildable realities.
  • Manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Secure permits and approvals from relevant authorities.
  • Oversee subcontractor work and ensure adherence to specifications and deadlines.
  • Manage project budgets and identify potential cost variances.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
  • Maintain clear and organized project documentation.

You're a Perfect Fit if You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • A proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction scheduling and project management softwares (e.g., BuilderTrend)
  • Proficiency in construction contract administration and closeout procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
  • A proactive and results-oriented work ethic.
  • Experience with interpreting blueprints and utilizing SketchUp or similar 3D modeling software.
