Role Name - Sales Specialist - Network Engineering Services


Job Location - Dallas (Preferred) / Anywhere in US East Coast

Minimum work experience: 15 Years


Role & Responsibilities - ( but not limited )


  • Lead the business for the Network Services practice at Tech Mahindra for the given set of Enterprise segments in North America.
  • Drive ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) growth for the Network Services practice in the given Enterprise segment(s) while also driving Tech Mahindra’s profitability goals in customer contracts.
  • Closely partner with TechM account sales to position Tech M’s Enterprise Network Solutions to Enterprises to enable programs around Managed Network Services (MNS), Network as a Service (NaaS), Wan Edge transformation (Sd-WAN / SASE), Campus Networking, Cloud Networking, Net Gen Wireless and IoT and Voice/Unified Communications.
  • Generate leads funnel in the given segments with the objective of curating qualified Network Services opportunities for Tech Mahindra to drive the desired business growth.
  • Orchestrate winning techno-commercial proposals with competency teams, delivery teams and technology partners to win new business/growth for Tech Mahindra and then follow through with ownership of all steps through contract signature.
  • Drive growth in existing network services accounts by partnering with delivery teams and enabling new Statements of Work.


Skills Required :


  • Demonstratable knowledge as practitioner of Campus Networking, WAN Edge (SD-WAN, NG-NW), Unified Communications, data center networking, network security and SASE.
  • Knowledge of Private Wireless Networking (4G, 5G) and edge compute is a plus.
  • Professional Certifications like Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) would be a plus.
  • Should have 8+ years of experience in roles equivalent to practice sales, pre-sales, solution architect or customer delivery manager/partner in the IT Network Services market.
  • Proven techno commercial/sales skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Global SI Experience as IT Infra/Network practice sales, pre-sales or Customer Delivery Manager (with growth targets) would be a positive.


Pre-Requisitions :


  • The candidate should meet at least one of the below pre-requisites.
  • Proven experience having directly enabled at least 10 multi-year Managed Network Services (MNS) contracts in diverse industry verticals with at least 4 instances that involved significant network transformations in the capacity of IT Infra/Network practice sales or pre-sales for an IT services organization or Telecom Service Provider.
  • Customer delivery lead/manager experience leading delivery of MNS programs at a minimum of 5 Enterprise customers with a track record of positioning and enabling delivery led growth at these accounts.
  • Should be open to up to 30% travel within North America.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, or business administration.
  • Should be able to furnish references if requested.
