Job Description


As an IT Project Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Technical Test Planning: Collaborate with the development and QA teams to create and execute detailed test plans. Ensure that testing activities align with project requirements and timelines. Monitor test progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Release Management: Coordinate software releases, including planning, scheduling, and communication. Manage version control and maintain release documentation.
  • Deadline Management: Set project milestones and deadlines. Monitor progress and take corrective actions to keep the project on track. Communicate project status and potential risks to stakeholders.
  • Liaison Between Technical Team and Stakeholders/Business: Act as a bridge between technical teams (developers, testers, architects) and business stakeholders. Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and address any conflicts. Your ability to balance technical knowledge with stakeholder management will be key to your success.


Required Skills & Experience


  • 5+ Years of Experience as a Project Manager
  • 3+ Years of experience working in support of a technical team (software development, QA testing, etc.)
  • Experience with Octane for test case management and Jira for ticketing


Nice to Have Skills & Experience


  • PMP or other certifications
