Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Project Lifecycle: Manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Drive Project Success: Develop comprehensive project plans, drive milestones, and ensure adherence to scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures.
  • Effective Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with multiple cross functional project teams and key stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day direction to project resources, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed documentation, status reports, and budgets to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
  • Metric Qualification and reporting


Requirements:

  • Experience: 8-10+ years of project management experience, with a strong Infrastructure background and experience in software/application deployment and IT delivery.
  • Infrastructure Experience: Networks, IP Addresses, Nodes, Virtual Machines, Data Center, V Centers
  • Application roll out experience (following the deployment of servers and putting applications on it)
  • Prior Flexera experience is a plus
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • MS Project (or similar tool)
  • Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, project planning expertise, and strong judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects to successful completion.
