We are looking for an Integrative BCBA that blends the principles and techniques of traditional behavior analysis with other therapeutic or holistic approaches, aiming to address the individual's needs in a more comprehensive manner.

Behavioral Assessment :
Conduct thorough assessments to identify behavioral concerns and their functions. This could include direct observations, interviews, and data analysis.

Holistic Integration :

Integrate strategies or philosophies from other therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, or even certain aspects of occupational or speech therapy, depending on the individual's needs.

Environmental Consideration :
Beyond the immediate behavioral triggers, we might also consider broader environmental, social, and emotional factors that impact behavior.

Cultural and Individual Sensitivity : Strong emphasis on understanding the individual's cultural, familial, and personal background, ensuring that interventions are tailored and respectful.

Parent and Caregiver Training : Training might encompass not only ABA techniques but also strategies from other modalities that support holistic well-being.
