Position: Workday Systems Analyst

As a Workday Systems Analyst, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage vendor relations, and support mid-sized project implementations under the direction of a team leader



Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation: Lead Workday Financials modules implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with Workday architects and administrators on platform enhancements.
  • Technical Translation: Translate functional design analysis into technical specifications with cross-functional teams.
  • Support: Provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshoot issues for Workday Financials.
  • Optimization: Identify and implement system optimization and process improvements.
  • Solution Development: Design and deliver Workday Financials solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve complex financial system issues.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Cross-train team members.
  • Data Integration: Integrate new data into the finance system following best practices.
  • Reporting: Develop and automate reports and dashboards.
  • Communication: Create training materials, document system changes, and communicate updates to end users.
  • Product Ownership: Represent the finance team and advocate for analytics within business units.


Education and Experience:

  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT
  • 2+ years experience in Workday related to supporting accounting and finance function of a business
