Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Office Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth operations in our Arlington office. This role involves supporting executive staff with various administrative tasks, office management, and event planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to executives and office staff.
- Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, stocking food for lunches, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.
- Handle kitchen duties, including maintaining cleanliness and managing the dishwasher.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events.
- Greet visitors, manage phone calls, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Organize and manage calendars for executives.
- Create and submit expense reports using Excel and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in managing Microsoft Outlook calendars.
- Experience in creating and submitting expense reports, preferably with knowledge of Unanet or similar systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
