Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Account Managers, providing direction and leadership.
  • Maintain oversight of client accounts, ensuring all team members meet client needs and manage communications effectively.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling to enhance client relationships.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service within the team.
  • Organize regular team meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and client needs.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for major client concerns and escalations.
  • Encourage team development through regular feedback, performance reviews, and training opportunities.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of professional experience in sales or account management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong command of CRM and ERP software, such as HubSpot and Epicor.
  • Excellent organizational, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to foster a cooperative work environment and enhance team efficiency.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
