PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Prepare financial reports for partner entities

Essential competencies include a solid understanding of cash accounting, basic tax regulations, meticulous attention to detail, effective communication skills, strategic problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Required qualifications encompass a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline, 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience, advanced proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with accounting software. Preferred qualifications may include experience with physician compensation, revenue cycle management, CPA/MBA credentials, SQL knowledge, experience in the healthcare sector, and familiarity with Great Plains software.
