The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Financial and Accounting team within a designated business unit. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial data, while also developing robust systems and procedures to analyze sales and finance trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and maintain reporting accuracy.
  • Lead the Finance and Accounting functions, focusing on staff development and industry trend analysis.
  • Prepare, record, and analyze financial transactions, uphold internal controls, and engage in audit processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive systems, policies, and procedures, manage team dynamics, and align capabilities with business objectives.

Qualifications:

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years in accounting roles is essential.
