We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Management Specialist to join our Customer Success Team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless flow of data between the Octagos platform and Electronic Health Records (EHRs), addressing and fixing data flow issues, and collaborating with the Tech Team on technological enhancements.


Position Summary:


The Data Management Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the efficient flow of data between the Octagos platform and EHR systems. This role involves proactively addressing data flow failures, verifying data integrity within the production environment, and working closely with the Tech Team to resolve technical issues and implement necessary enhancements. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with healthcare data management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data Flow Monitoring: Continuously monitor data flow between the Octagos platform and EHR systems to ensure seamless integration.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address data flow failures, ensuring minimal disruption to data integrity and availability.
  • Verification: Regularly verify that data is accurately flowing within the production side of the platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Tech Team to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements to improve data flow and system performance.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of data flow processes, issues, and resolutions.
  • Customer Support: Assist the Customer Success Team in providing technical support to customers regarding data flow and integration issues.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of more efficient data management practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure data management practices follow relevant healthcare regulations and standards.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.

  • Strong understanding of EHR systems and healthcare data integration.

  • Proficiency in data management and monitoring tools.
