About the Role:

This is an operational role that requires a strategic thinker, self-starter, and someone with experience or involvement in data projects combining industrial and business data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement a Data & Analytics strategy, framework, and adoption strategy.
  • Consolidate reporting across various multiple tool sets (Excel, Power BI, SAP).
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI).
  • Experience with SAP HANA.
  • Expertise in digitization and streamlining of reporting.
  • Implement Data governance policies across the enterprise.
  • Establish new data and analytics capabilities from the ground up.

  • Build and lead a high-performing team to drive the data-driven transformation.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in Data and Analytics.
  • Experience in Manufacturing, Mining, Oil & Gas, or Energy industry.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, R, Python, SAS or DAX).
  • Understanding of machine learning algorithms and AI implementation.
  • Project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex findings and results into a compelling narrative.
  • Professional certifications like Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) can be advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent working experience.
