Responsibilities

  • Authenticate supplier data against external sources or documentation to guarantee compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Create and update supplier records in the master data management system
  • Process requests for changes to supplier information, such as contact details, banking information, or ownership structure.
  • Implement data cleansing and deduplication processes to maintain data accuracy
  • Verify the authenticity and accuracy of change requests before making updates in the system.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing data accuracy, efficiency, and standardization.
  • Maintain approved and preferred vendor lists.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to support data migration and integration projects.
  • Continuously improve and streamline master data processes to enhance overall data quality and operational efficiency.


Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of master data principles, data governance practices, and data quality management

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in data management.

• Great communication, problem solving skills, and expertise in Microsoft Excel
