They are looking for a motivated Chemical Sales Manager to lead their US sales and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical sales, leadership skills, and a proven ability to exceed targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and set performance targets for the sales team.
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Train the team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Manage the sales budget and ensure compliance with regulations.


Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in a chemical sales role
  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Proven success in chemical sales and leadership.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and CRM skills.


This is a remote role which will involve up to 80% travel across North America.


You have to reside within and have work authorisation in America to be considered for this position.


Salary

  • $100k - $120k depending on experience.
