SC Johnson Professional is a business unit within SC Johnson, a family-owned and led company and leading manufacturer of quality, trusted products since 1886.About The RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for the leadership and development of a defined set of distributor accounts, existing end users and the generation of new business leads against predetermined targets and objectives as specified by the Sales Operations Manager. This role will support our sales organization including the Field, National Accounts and National Distribution teams. The Internal Sales Associate directly reports to the Sales Operations Manager. The position is office based in Charlotte, NC.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop customer relationships and achieve business sales growth within identified distributors.Achieve an in-depth knowledge and understanding of each distributor and their respective market sectors.Pursue new end users as opportunities to educate and identify areas to sell SCJP's range of products.Identify market trends for opportunities within specified industries, seasonal trends, and multi-location sites to pursue end users not currently buying SCJP branded products.Identifying, qualify and schedule appointments with new end user leadsRequired Experience You'll BringBachelor's Degree1 + years' experience selling via phoneQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship for full-time employment.Preferred Experiences And SkillsExperience working cross functionally with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Services, and Sales Administration.Organization and attendance trade shows and exhibitions.Experience in Sales Forecasting, including monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.Job RequirementsThis position sits onsite in our Charlotte NC office.
