PC-DMIS CMM Programmer/Operator

1 Onsite Position
Flexible shifts available

Job Description:
Provide Quality Control Inspection support for *** [insert business group or function] while partnering with manufacturing teams and leaders. You will ensure that quality in being maintained in all factors involved in production.
Be part of the Quality Control team that provides their expertise and ensures that the customer receives products that meet their expectations
Drive continuous improvements in support of *** Quality Control Inspection and *** Operating System
Recommend and implement improvements that help deliver the best timely solutions resulting in the highest level of customer satisfaction

Minimum Qualification Requirements:
YOU MUST HAVE:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5 years of inspection experience
Ability to interpret drawings and comprehend GD&T
Ability to use hand measuring equipment
Special Considerations:
Lifting will not exceed 30 Lbs. and/or repetitions of this or lesser weights will be significant.
Exposure to substantial machine, chemical, biological or other physical risks are anticipated.

Ability to use tools and techniques to perform tests
Ability to lift up to 30 LBS
Proactively and clearly communicate important, comprehensive, and specific information that others need
Ability to read technical data and specifications
Ability to Program Hexagon 7.10.7 SF equipment

Available Job Activities:
Perform inspections
Test parts and raw material
Monitor and verify quality
Recommend improvements
Conform to specifications
Record observations
Audit quality control programs
Develop specs and procedures
Improve quality practices
Perform CMM (coordinate measuring machine) inspections using Hexagon 7.10.7 SF
Verify parts are conforming to specifications and drawings
Audit quality control programs
Recommend improvements in the CMM process

*** Site Access Protocol compliance is required for all in person interviews
