Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to enhance our operations at QuantumPoly Innovations. The successful candidate will bring expertise in quality assurance, a solid understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and the ability to interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough inspections on incoming materials, production processes, and final products.
  • Employ Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to verify compliance with specifications.
  • Utilize precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, and measurement gauges for accurate assessments.
  • Analyze and interpret technical drawings to confirm product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Document and report any discrepancies or deviations from established quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in quality inspection roles.
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T and the ability to read blueprints effectively.
  • Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
  • Familiarity with measurement tools including calipers and micrometers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
