Jobot is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team of precision manufacturing experts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CMM programs to inspect precision machined parts, ensuring compliance with design specifications and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CMM programs to inspect precision machined parts, ensuring compliance with design specifications and customer requirements.
  • Operate and maintain CMM equipment to perform inspections and measurements.
  • Interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and apply it to CMM inspection and programming.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to understand product specifications and develop appropriate inspection processes.
  • Analyze inspection results, identify trends, and provide feedback to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure all inspection and measurement activities comply with industry standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on CMM programming and operation.
  • Continually evaluate and recommend improvements to inspection processes and equipment to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
