Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Retail Manager for our NYC Flagship store. This role supervises and participates in the day-to-day functions of the store and they are accountable for every aspect of the retail store operations.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

● Oversight of day to day retail store operations.

● Assist customers with all needs regarding sales and customer service.

● Perform/oversee all opening and closing duties.

● Merchandising the sales floor and window displays.

● Organize store replenishment and product intake.

● Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the store.

● Oversee ASM’s and sales associates, and delegate day to day tasking.

● Enforce company policy with all staff.

● Recruiting, hiring, and training of new sales staff.

● Provide consistent performance management with ASM’s and sales associates.

● Respond to all retail customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner.

● Serve as a brand ambassador by wearing brands carried at the store, providing brand information and product knowledge.

● Daily business interpretation to identify strengths and opportunities.

● Support day-to-day retail operations, KPI analysis, and coordination of store events and projects. 

● Follow up on store action plans.

● Handle external agencies for store maintenance

● Monitor order packaging and spare parts made for the store, and coordinate with the region or with HQ if special arrangements are requested

● Create and monitor timed reporting of performance, monitoring KPIs

● Regularly report competitor trend and retail operation dashboard

● Provide with ad-hoc reports upon request

● Coordinate store animation & projects


Qualifications:

● Must have at least 8-12 years of retail management experience.

● Must speak and write Korean

● Experience with reporting, operations, inventory.

● Proficiency with Shopify POS System required.

● Proven track record of leading a strong sales team.

● You prioritize providing stellar customer service.

● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

● High sense of initiative and a positive attitude.

● Solution-oriented mindset.

● Strong attention to detail - floor standards and inventory control.

● Available to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
